1. The service

SolutionsNepal provides free calculators, converters, price pages, and guides for everyday life in Nepal. There are no accounts, no subscriptions, and no fees. We may change, add, or remove tools at any time as rates, rules, and sources evolve.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind — including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We work hard to keep figures current, but official notices change, and mistakes are possible.

2. Estimates — not professional advice

Calculator results are estimates for planning, not professional tax, legal, financial, or investment advice. Tax slabs, fees, and rates follow official publications (IRD, NRB, DoTM, OCR, FENEGOSIDA, NOC) that are revised periodically — always confirm final figures with the relevant office, bank, or current notice before acting on them.

Nothing on this site creates a professional-client relationship between you and SolutionsNepal.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the tools for lawful, personal purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the site, misrepresent its output as an official document, or use it to mislead others.
  • Automated access is fine at a reasonable rate; if your use degrades the service for others, we may restrict it.
  • Do not submit sensitive personal data (citizenship numbers, passwords, bank credentials) through the contact form.

4. Content & ownership

Tool logic, guides, and interface design are original SolutionsNepal content (© 2026 SolutionsNepal). Factual material — fee amounts, tax slabs, published rates — is compiled from public official sources and rewritten in original prose; facts themselves belong to no one.

Third-party components keep their own licences: cover photos are Unsplash-sourced under the Unsplash License, icons are Lucide (ISC), fonts are OFL-licensed and self-hosted, and code libraries (pdf-lib, pdf.js, qrcode, jszip, sharp) follow their published licences. You may link to and quote our pages with attribution. Republishing full guides verbatim as your own is not permitted.

5. External links & liability

Pages link to official government and public sites for verification. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolutionsNepal is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of — or reliance on — the tools, figures, or guides on this site.
